3.3.2 Incentives for flexibility via dispatchable renewables

Are there incentives for dispatchable renewables (biomass, biogas, concentrated solar power, hydro power, pumped-hydro, etc.)? Are there incentives to primarily run these dispatchable power plants when there is a limited amount of wind and solar power available (e.g., time-differentiated remuneration rates, instead of running these power plants “base load”).
