3.1.2 Economic dispatch

Does the country have economic dispatch (i.e. power plants being dispatched in line with their short-term, marginal costs, meaning fuel costs)? In this case, wind and solar PV would still be dispatched first but renewable energy technologies with higher fuel costs (e.g. biomass) might be dispatched after fossil fuels in order to meet electricity demand.
