3.1.1 Priority dispatch

Dispatch regulation refers to the scheduling of power plants. It is the process by which it is decided which power plants will be deployed to meet current electricity demand. Does the country have priority dispatch for renewables (i.e. RE producers being dispatched and run prior to all fossil fuel units)? Conversely, does it have priority dispatch for fossil plants?
