Does the country use auctions/competitive bidding to incentivize wind and solar PV deployment? Are there technology-specific auctions for onshore wind, offshore wind, and solar PV? Are the auctions designed in line with international best practice? Is there room for unsolicited bids next to existing auction rounds?
